Moving on to the ground floor, you will find an original kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, capsule and Italian coffee machine, toaster and a 3-ring ceramic hob. The kitchen also has a functional island unit and a breakfast table, creating an ideal environment to start the day.

The dining room, spacious and cosy, is the heart of the house. With a wood-burning cooker for cool evenings, a round table for 6 to 10 diners, a SmartTV with access to pay-per-view platforms, this space is designed for enjoyment and relaxation. The sofa and comfortable armchair invite you to unwind, while the lounge doors open onto a charming stone patio, perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners with spectacular mountain views.
